Developed for the improvement of blood sugar levels. Additionally, truffles have the effect of increasing the secretion ability of DHEA, a precursor to sex hormones.
This product is the only one that has a direct transaction with the manufacturer at our store. In collaboration with Niigata University of Pharmacy and Applied Life Sciences, we observed that the intake of truffles increases the DHEA levels in the blood of rats. DHEA (dehydroepiandrosterone) is a precursor for the synthesis of male hormone testosterone and female hormone estrogen, meaning it is a substance that serves as a material for producing these hormones in the body. It is also known that the secretion of DHEA decreases in the body after the late 20s, and by consuming it, the synthesis of the aforementioned sex hormones is promoted, resulting in various effects, including anti-aging benefits. We have succeeded in the artificial cultivation of truffles, which are said to be impossible to cultivate (DNA verified, cultivation technology patented in Japan and Europe). Rather than for raw consumption, we are focusing on the anti-aging functions of truffles and developing them as food ingredients and cosmetics.
